I must say, winning SB 53 Was one of the most satisfying wins ever, to cap off a great playoff run that NOBODY thought they had in them. Brady in the 4th qtr of both the Chief’s game and the Ram’s game was vintage Tom Brady. Just a surgical assassin when he had to be his most clutch.
I remember after the Chief’s playoff game, my brother in law, who hates the Pats (he’s a Dolphin’s fan), said, it’s just incredible how Brady just zips that ball into the tightest windows to Edelman and Gronk, the accuracy is amazing. I have to say, the Pats beating KC in the AFCCG, IN KC, when nobody thought they could do it, was one of the most satisfying playoff wins I ever witnessed. Love that game.
It was fantastic. Legendary game from Brady down the stretch, making 3rd & longs over and over.
And they were supposed to lose to the Chargers the week before, too! And the Pats whipped them coming and going haha.
The Super Bowl may have been low scoring, but it was something to watch Belichick just put a bullet behind the ear of The Next Big Thing in coaching. That was the least stressful Super Bowl I've ever seen somehow.
