When we were kids, we'd pretend we were John shooting over Jabbar...the ball would nearly hit the rafters (before swishing in)
Just a great, great, great scorer.
A gentlemen off the court....a stone cold killer on it.
Nope. Never started.Does Rohan Davey count....don't think he ever started a game tho.
His teammates quipped that when the Celtics went on the road that Havliceck was so tidy that he would put his socks on a clothes hanger.
Lmaooooo, I am dying...
And we have Katie Nolan to thank....

Totally not-shocking fact: The Patriots have never had a black QB start a game in their 57-year history. Jacoby Brissett would be the first.

I didn't think the hater suicides would start till after 3-0I'm not sure what's going on with Hubbuch, but I want to point out that he'll make a comment like that about the Patriots but he never wrote a single word about the Giants kicker, his domestic violence issues, and the NFL's extremely lenient handling of the situation.
That guy battled Bradshaw in Pitt for the starting job IIRC.
FYI- In 1969 the Pats were the FIRST NFL franchise to draft a black QB specifically to play that position. His name was Onree Jackson from Alabama A&M in the 5th round. And as a side note, for 2 weeks I got to play with him, with the Quincy Giants.
He left Boston before we started our season though because he got homesick. (so the story went) I imagine the culture shock must have been pretty big for a country boy coming to Boston. Not the most welcoming city for a black man in those days, I'm ashamed to say.
Marlin Briscoe who started for the Broncos was drafted before Jackson, but he was drafted to be a DB.....and coincidently I also played with him too, though we were sadly only teammates in the summer.
So that NYPost fraud, can stick THAT in his pipe too
Um, not anti-Patriots. Until Warren Moon in the '80s there were no black QBs. We've had like 8 since then. (I'm going back to Hogeson and crap.) How many of the Brown's many QBs were black? Jets QBs? Dolphins QBs?
