Two passing plays in a row, ravens safeties get away with high hits on a receiver in the process if making the catch. But the wwf didn't have an agenda...

The issue is that refs will throw questionable flags but they are too chicken to call the same penalty repeatedly. Look like you are holding on one play, you'll get a flag. Do it every single play, you'll get away with most of it.

The fact that Gronk got hit the way he did and injured and there was no flag or fine was basically the NFL telling players "You can go after receiver's and running back's knees"
