I would say Judge Doty because the CBA names him and has ruled against the NFL before. seems pro labor.

Speaking of him can someone call the Dale and Holley show and tell Dale that Doty is not retired. It seems like the few times I've listened to that show over the past two months and they bring up the potential court battle he says Doty is retired.

Yet according to the District of Minnesota Court website he still is a senior judge.

He does not think this goes to court.
When asked if it does go to court who wins? McCann said the NFL. Like I said I only caught the last 30 seconds

By Crom's balls! why would Brady even consider filing anywhere other than Massachusetts?

Since we're potentially dealing with the inflamed passions of rival sports fans (most of whom went clinically insane when Malcolm Butler intercepted the ball), I think we need to go with a venue where we can possibly find judge who is a Patriots friendly.

I just can't accept that there isn't some avenue that Brady and his team can take to debate the findings of the Wells Report itself. It just makes no sense that they can only go after the appeal proceedings and nothing before. It's like if someone was found guilty of murder only for the victim to turn up alive and they can only appeal the court proceedings, not the crime itself.

Whether or not a Federal Court will intervene into a situation that is mutually agreed upon by both parties in the form of the NFLPA, remains to be seen...

Have heard "experts" say that the Federal Court might just balk at this whole situation as Brady's remedies are spelled out in the mutually agreed upon current collective bargaining agreement..

Without regard Brady's Legal Team and NFLPA have mapped out a strategy, and they have their minions camped out in either Minnesota or another place that is considered favorable to NFL Players... as soon as the decision(or nondecision) comes down they will file..

IMO the issue is a very weak labor contract that allows language like, "more probable than not" as their standard of evidence and appeals are heard by the head of the NFL... the NFLPA pooped the bed big time on this contract.
