It's easy, and only takes a few moments.I don't know if I buy Moss going in the tank because of what Brady said to him in one practice, but it wouldn't shock me considering how much so many WRs can be egotistical head cases. That would send TO and others into the tank (and no Moss is nothing like TO, just giving the extreme). I would like to believe that alone wouldn't send Moss into the tank..
I would assume it would take more than that or Belichick would never have sent him home on Wednesday. Granted if yesterday's performance was a direct result of that punishment, I blame Belichick for making a bad situation worse and not knowing the temperment of his star WR. I couldn't care less how that affected AD, but he can't aford to send Randy into a spiral.
Good point.
Need to give BB some credit here. I'm sure he had/has a complete understanding of RM's psychie. I would think that BB tried multiple methods in reaching Moss, but unfortunately his next/best move was to send him home.
The amount of speculation and jumping to conclusions is insane. Whatever, every time he has a bad game or bad play he's dogging it and every time he has a good game he's not.
Temper your expectations and you'll be let down less frequently.
I don't think either of his bad games vs. the Jets were because he was dogging it. I don't think his bad game other than the one pass last week was because he was dogging it. I thought he was dogging it yesterday. I felt he dogged it against the Saints at times.
Please do NOT make Wednesday about Moss. It was about FOUR players being late in a snowstorm after being told to be committed and early 2 days before that. Surely the snow effected their arrival but that was no excuse and punishment was warranted. Adalius just happened to open his fat idiotic mouth and leak it all.
Why not? He was late to a team meeting and got the boot which tells you his on-the field performance of late did not give him a pass in BB eyes. Fair or unfair. That is fact.
EVERY single player that was late got the boot... There is not special treatments. It had absolutely NOTHING to do with play on the field for any of them. Are you seriously insinuating that if Moss last 3 games prior to Wednesday were spectacular that he wouldn't have been sent home? BB doesn't give "passes" like that, sorry.
It's all subjective for you and your eyes, and there's no point in going back and forth anymore IMO. Believe what you want
Wrong. You make plays on the field- thats what matters to BB. All 4 player who were late have not been making plays. Coincidence? I dont think so.
If Burgess has 12 sacks right now hes getting a pass. You are kidding yourself if you don't think that is happening.
Ummm... And is your opinion any less subjective. Of course not! Randy is awesome. So if you defend him, your opinion is totally unbiased.
Wow! This is new territory for me. I am usually called a Patriots homer who looks at everything in blue and silver colored glasses. Now I am a hater.
I'm sure that wouldn't cause any locker room backlash at all.

Are you seriously this out of touch? LOL. On Monday it was made a big deal to show more commitment and be early and leave late etc... Being late was 2 days later was punished. It had absolutely NOTHING at all to do with the specific players' on field performance. It was absolutely 100% about them not getting Monday's message about commitment. It doesn't matter if Moss was coming off 3 100+ yard games, he was getting sent home for being late regardless. (Well if the team was winning, Monday's point may not have been made and then tardiness maybe not punished as much, but the TEAM performance isn't your point)
Not if the individuals are making plays and the team is winning. Funny how losing causes all these little problems.
His opinion is much less subjective. Whereas you're tying everything back to 'what your eyes saw' (and it's been scientifically proven over and over again that memory is incredibly inaccurate as an interpreting mechanism), he's tying things back to actual on-the-field production.
Yes, it is much subjective because it is Randy Moss and he couldn't possibly have dogged it on the play. I am tying my opinion on logic and statements by players.
Funny, you have trusted what my eyes have saw when you liked what I say. I am friggin genius when I say things that support the Pats and when I blast one of them, I am a biased troll.
This is why I hate this board some of the times. Either you are a homer or you are an idiot.
Totally agree-He was huge in the first Buffalo game. Don't know why we haven't used him more.
I do not recall ever calling you a genius or a troll... But that statement just shows you may have a tendency to blow things out of proportion a bit?
