Minor stat for the defense

12 quarters of football only 4 TD allowed with one of them coming when Miami started inside their 15 yard line.

I'd say in today's NFL that's somewhat decent especially with the offense putting the D back on the field quickly at times during the 3 games.

That is actually a great stat. With 3 of those coming against Miami. I think a lot of people see how many yards a team is gaining not realizing it doesn't matter if they dont score. A lot of complaints about that in particular in the game day thread today.

Except they aren't giving up yards either. Allowing only 272 yards per game which depending on what happens the rest of this NFL week could put them Top 2.

Lots of people complaining about Revis. Guy gave up couple completions on perfectly thrown passes. I'm watching Sherman and Talib giving up completions too, it happens.

There are no shutdown corners in today's NFL...we have one of the best in Revis.

Remember with this board, if we don't score 40+ points, Tom doesn't throw 400 yards and 5 Tds, and revis doesn't allow a completion we suck.
