Minor Announcement - Arcade Forum Opened

I just created an "Arcade Forum" where you can go to schedule tournaments, etc. which is why the stuck thread is gone. Not a big deal, but for those who do like to take part in those tournaments you can go there now to create new ones.

It's under the "Off Topic Forum" section.
