Pretty smart guy, that Bart Scott. I don't get where he comes off hating on Dook and Laettner, since he's a Southern Illinois graduate, but if he really wanted to play hardball, he'd compare the Pats to Grayson Allen. The Laettner reference is so '90s.

... okay? Are we supposed to not be okay with being Laettner-era Duke in this comparison? Yeah, lots of people hated them because they weren't winning with enough style points or something, but they won nonetheless and I'm pretty sure that's all that matters.

I hate duke, Id rather be compared to Uconn. Uconn 4 titles since 99. Beat the almighty duke when the spread was like 9 which was a joke because we were really better. Pats shocked the world when they beat the rams. Uconns having a down year but so what! Uconn=Pats!
