Jesus. This is not funny.

.45 is death.

+1.

He should be subject to the same level of justice anyone else would be subject to on this - - no special treatment by the law whatsoever.

The Patriots and the NFL, however now need to put together a program for him to get well for the rest of his live (and for others). If they are going to employ him, knowing his situation, they owe it to him and the citizens of the area to make sure he is no danger to himself or to others.

Per Arizona Law, I can classify multiple Nantucket summers as 'Super Extreme'. Thank you Michael Floyd.

If I'm reading that graphic right and projecting out what he consumed I bet from the time he took off in MIA at ~6pm? and by 230am he had about ~16 drinks. My god.

That just doesn't seem right.

Sheldon Richardson was only suspended 1 game (far worse than what Floyd did).

Floyd should get no more than 1 (next year).

Couldn't there be a better name than "Super Extreme"? Sounds like a meal size.

If he is telling the truth about being on blood thinners that .217 might be inaccurate.

.21 sounds about right for the state he was in, based on my understanding of BAC. I'm by no means an expert, but my understanding has generally been as follows for an experienced drinker: .15 is blackout territory, .2-.25 is 'pass out in public' territory, and once you get considerably above that (into the .3s) you start running a real risk of fatality.

I had alcohol poison before I was 14 and drank 3 forty ounces of fat boy triple malt beer I almost died.
I was trying to impress the big boys young kid hanging out with adults.
Pray my kids dont get in the same crap I did

That just doesn't seem right.

This is amazing to me....Follow me on this.

Figure he was dressed and out the door for the team bus at 530pm ET.

Best guess is the charter flight back to PHX was at 630/7pm ET as they just ride right up to the charter.

MIA > PHX is a 5hr+ flight. Lets say he played it conservative and had 7 drinks on the plane.

He lands at ~9pm PT time. Figure hes drinking again at 10pm

He was pulled over at 230am. Figure he had his last drink at 2am.

So in the ~4hrs from the time he landed to when he stopped, he had another ~9 drinks.

Q: Where the hell were the coaches and teammates when they saw him pounding on the plane?

yeah that chart is not really accurate

he drank a ****load, but there's way too many factors beyond weight/# of drinks, and even just on that that chart is off......

His BAC time line will also depend on what he was drinking. Couldn't he theoretically have started when they got back say around 10PM and just have been pounding shots??

Yea the chart seems a bit askew.

Exactly this. I was thinking as well that the timeline is.. lets say pretty intense.. He must have been in pretty bad shape when he exited the plane/went into the bus..

Something is not right here..

I've certainly had days when I pounded them back at a quick pace but seems like Floyd was on a mission and clearly could not (or cared) about how much he consumed.

Thats my concern. That he didn't care and did/could not stop.

sad state of media and people's “reality“ hunger
nothing to see here really, nothing to know
it will hunt Floyd though .. harder to focus on whats at hand
will test the character further

it will be interesting how this translates on the field .. if he comes on
hate to say it, but he needs to be suspended at least
