Not sure if the arbitrator had the authority or what the precedent is, but I think it would have been fair for the decision to also give McNair the option of voiding the contract, or at least there should be a financial award against the Titans. He missed weeks of workout time because the team was willing to commit an obvious breach of contract.

The team did offer to pay for him to workout at another facility. I don't think he'll get a judgement. The Titans were just trying to avoid liability.
