The video is on Fakebook.

Its like he did not put all he had into the throw. Ya its in shorts and ya there is no pass rush, but it seems like he has an arm.

Can we just put the "Milton has a stronger arm" nonsense to bed already?

Yes we can. Milton definitely has a stronger arm, very likely the strongest in the league.
Six years in college, one year as a starter... but Joe Milton says he has thrown a ball 90 yards, there's just no video of it.

I guess we can take his word for it...

3rd overall pick... yeah.. I'd say he has an arm..

I’ve seen this before. I’m pretty sure it’s fake and a joke.

Compared to Mac, both Milton and Maye look like Bledsoe replacing Tommy Hodson. The starting job will not be won by who has the incrementally stronger arm.

I remember posting that vid earlier this year on the Maye Draft thread being impressed, but quickly took it off after analyzing it for a few minutes. Imho, it's fake. Only ~3.4s to travel ~80yds is where they made their error, as that would've resulted in a questionably low launch angle requiring a questionably high initial velocity that doesn't match his arm motion, unless the wind was insane. I've tried watching a lot of his throws, including Pro day, and I haven't found anything more than ~63 air yards (which is Mac/Zap/Hoyer territory).

Here are some Caleb crossbar vids of ~60 and ~65 air yds taking ~3.2s and ~3.7s, which are way more realistic because they probably are. In a game, I've seen Caleb throw ~67 air yards.

Also, Milton's ~70 air yard throws are in the 3.7s-3.9s range, and the 3.7s was a relatively low line drive cannon.

Reminds me of the bust Ravens (I think) QB who threw a ball 50 or 70 yeards while on 1 knee.

Means absolutely nothing.

Rohan Davey? He was our bust.

I did not know Lamar did it so I looked it up. It was Kyle Boller for the Ravens. That throw was all the rage pre-draft if I recall correctly.
