So butler’s performance vs Jacksonville and poor practices were Bill’s fault?

You mean the game they won?

How many games have the patriots lost in the playoffs with butler starting?
How many have they won?

We will never get a good explanation from bill but i wonder if he ever gave one to kraft. It's one of the most bizarre moves in super bowl history. The guy was healthy.

Did you watch the second half? We don't win that Jacksonville game without butler. Our secondary's just better with butler as our second corner. That move by belichick caused a domino effect everywhere. They got stops.

His play was mediocre - some good plays, some bad ones.

You're just being an ass.

You know some of those statements were made with my inside info while the other was made at someone who is not acknowledging it.

No, I'm mocking your hypocrisy. You've made yourself a joke.

That’s irrelevant. If it was so bad that you were dead set against him playing, you are a coward and an idiot for having him out there and are showing no conviction in it.
Or you only had 3 other corners and/or submitted you inactive list before he melted down.

Oh so it was so bad that Belichick still felt he needed him as a back up. Must have been so damn bad lol
So you find no possibility of a player being unprepared to play but since you have no one else at the position you have to keep him active in case of injury?

So its better to put him on a plane home and give a head start to the **** storm that would ensue? Give Malcolm a head-start to lash out in the media on Super Bowl Sunday?

I don't think you are playing out that scenario.

You have to be incredibly dumb to come to that conclusion. That or you need a straw man

Yeah. If it’s so bad that Belichick wasn’t even going to try him in the face of his defense having a historically awful then he should grow a spine and send him away and not fear not having an out.

You make so many excuses for his decision but even he didn’t have the conviction in it to remove the distraction from the sideline.

Some of you are pathetic in how much you stick your head in the sand and try to twist for every angle so lord Bill can’t be criticized.

Doesn’t really matter. No matter how much you cry about it, this will be on his legacy.

Why are we still talking about this? We’re on to the draft.

Putting Malcolm on a plane days before the SB would have been galactically stupid. Use your head.

You make so many excuses for his decision but even he didn’t have the conviction in it to remove the distraction from the sideline.

There is no proof Malcolm on the sideline not playing caused a distraction.

If you want to say it caused an issue in personnel and scheme then that is reasonable.

Some of you are pathetic in how much you stick your head in the sand and try to twist for every angle so lord Bill can’t be criticized.

I have no problem criticizing Bill. I've done it dozens of times on this board. What I refuse to do is accept Malcolm as not having culpability in his benching and pretend I know all the facts like you.

Doesn’t really matter. No matter how much you cry about it, this will be on his legacy.

BBs legacy is safe with me and it should be for you unless you feel entitled which you clearly do.

So someone who is not incredibly dumb would go into the Sb with 3 active corners?

You mean like how he Cut tiquan underwood the week of the superbowl?

Bill has cut people/ sent them home, before the big game before.
