Make the Prediction - First Camp cut

Please post the first player you think will be cut when training camp begins and the first cuts are announced. Since we're not on Hard Knocks and won't actually have to deal with seeing the disappointment on their faces, I feel a little less bad about creating this thread and figured this one should be pretty fun. Typically most early cuts involve more than one player, so the odds of some of you getting it right are pretty good

This thread will stay open until next Wednesday - the day before camp opens.

I'm gonna say Adrian Grady. I think the rookies will stay for a bit longer to be evaluated, and Patten will be held onto as long as possible to teach the younguns. My second guess would be Myers.

I saw he was still on the roster at patriots.com from the link Ian provided and figured I'd slide him in, seeing that was about as safe a bet as one can make ...

Yeah, that's not your fault. He was cut back on June 10th but it doesn't appear they updated that. I figured the official page would have the roster right, but apparently it looks like he's still on there.

Reasoning -

Bill likes to cut veterans early in camp to allow them to get a 2nd chance at another team if he knows they wont make our roster.

I don't see Patten as the athlete type who can do other things in Camp as well and I think Bill would rather keep the younger WRs who he can slide onto the Practice Squad as athletes for the Scout team.
