While the results haven't been what any of us would like, progress is still being made:

 
The kid is off to a pretty good start.

If he can put a little more touch on the ball (reduce/eliminate the int's due to receivers bobbling it), and if the OL can drop the hits/pressure by 50%, then he could easily be ROTY.
