Ravens have developed some pretty good defensive talent that always seems to walk when free agency comes up. I am not an expert, but they always seem to have cap issues.

Yeah, but a few years ago the Jests were raided by the Redskins. Or there was the time the Broncos signed away the Browns' entire offensive line. These things happen in free agency.
