Light Disrespected!!!

Actually, he said that the key to this game is using Tony SImmons and Bethel Johnson to stretch the field and force Indy's safeties out of the box.

Skip Bayless said this before the playoffs (I'm paraphrasing): "New England has no threats at receiver. There's no Deion Branch, David Givens, or Bethel Johnson..."

I almost died.

I heard someone else say that too; I think it was someone on Around the Horn. And I had the same reaction - you just lost any shred of credibility you might have had.

In a preseason article I read, the author included Beisel, Brown AND Starks as "key losses".

I literally did die, but thank God for reincarnation.

Edited to add that I didn't really die. I know, shocking. How could I lie to you like that? I know, I know. There, there.

However, someone really did say that Beisel, Brown and Starks were key losses. In the grand scheme of things, what is the bigger lie?

That's freakin' hilarious. I'm on the second 'post-workday beer'. It was a hard day at the job, reading patsfans all day.

Sounds like my plans for the night. My wife's out of town, so I'm having a beer-Scotch-cigar-copious amounts of TV kind of night. Speaking of which, it's time to get that started.

Y'all have a great weekend.

Go.

Pats.

You too Fixit. You're new, but I like you already.

My plans for the night have now changed though. I guess the Fiance talked to her hot little gal-pal and we're going out with her to this club. They always get drunk and flash boobs at me, so I'm psyched.

No need to apologize, man, You're preaching to the choir here....

Bringing Hart Lee Dykes into the conversation--brilliant throw-back moment.

He also said that they had to spread the field with Hart Lee Dykes to keep Indy's secondary honest.

I agree. Todd Light will be really key in protecting Drew Bledsoe.

Tough life, man! But I bet you suck it up and find a way to have a good time, eh, buddy?

Last night went well. I found a way to have fun between the booze and the boobs. It was hard, but it worked out in the end. lol

i have to admit that i am worried about this matchup. not sure if he can contain freeny the entire game.

Skippy should pull his head out for air...

I think he has had some good experience this season to draw from. He didn't fare well vs Taylor, but did alot better vs that SD Linebacker that was so high on himself, whatever his name was.

I think Light has struggled getting back to full health this season, but is now playing basically at 100%. This OL is always better in the playoffs. A year of Scar will do that for you.
