This defense won't go far in the playoffs, if they even make it there.

But if they finish 8-8, they'll have both a top ten and top twenty pick in April.

Chiefs should be down by 2-3 TD's by now, great job of keeping it close.

Chiefs could also be tied or up. Haley remains the real wild card in Pioli's attempt at a rebuild based on the NEP model. Temper, no patience, ego...

Love the design of today's Chiefs offense. A lot of misdirection plays, one back and two back misdirection, taking advantage of the speedy one-gapping Colts D and allowing them to overpursue. A lot of first downs have come on bounce outs.

If Cassel had actual NFL caliber WR's to throw to, they could be manhandling the Colts right now.

Agreed. I think this is more the Colts screwing up than the Chiefs locking them down.

I don't think that at all, this is who the colts are this season. Haley is the screw up. He wants to be Sean Payton and BB all rolled into one. What he is is a former coordinator with a huge ego and better golf game than most of his peers...

This game is reminiscent of classic Colts-Patriots right now.

The Peyton Manning face is in full effect.

Romeo Crennel STILL has Manning's number. I love this KC defense. Huge stops on 4th down and in the red zone. This defense has been clutch all year, holding opponents to 12.5 points per game, and they're going to get a lot more national respect after this Colts game.

Todd Haley may screw this game up though. He should have kicked that FG in the 1st quarter.

This exact same excuse was used every time the Patriots beat the Colts from 2001-2004!!! It was always the invincible Colts offense always "beat themselves" and never gave credit to Crennel's stingy and confusing defense.
