No way in hell.....NO, NO, NO.

He's a douche, oft-injured lately, has lost a step or two, doesn't understand the rules, and apparently has priced himself right out of the market. That isn't even bringing his 'cheating' comments into play.

Really, James? You didn't expect to take any kind of a pay cut at almost 7 million this year? What a complete jacka55.

Wow. What are you going to do if they do sign him??

I hate everything Steelers, Joey. The thought makes me sick to my stomach.

It'll never happen. Never.

If he suddenly became cheap enough for Belichick to even consider it, there'd be other teams that would have jumped on him by then. In the meantime, he'll need to lower his demands or he could be out of football for awhile. 6-7 million is not going to happen.

Wasn't harrison the one that said that stuff about spygate and karma is a *****?

Yeah later harrison

Vrabel was nowhere near anything like James Harrison.

He wasn't over the hill, injury prone, an ignorant loudmouth, nor asking for 6-7 million a year.

I get that he was once a Steeler, but that's about where the comparison ends. If Belichick is interested in James Harrison at the moment, I would want to check him for an alien clone.

We haven't played a 34 with any regularity in 2 years.
Again, on top of being an idiot he will miss multiple games because he is clear that he will make illegal hits regardless of the consequences. If that is what you want to spend your money on, good luck.

We played a 3-4 under/over with Ninkovich as the Jack LB in base all last year. Are you one of those people who thinks a hand in the ground or 3 bigger DL define what is a 4-3 or 3-4 defense?

Never said I wanted to spend my money on him I just disagree on whether or not he'd fight our scheme. But agreed on him being am idiot.

Lowest of the low scumbags in the league. I hope he languishes in unemployment like Joey Porter.

What was that you said about "karma" after the Pats lost SB46, James? Yeah, it's a ***** ain't it?

If he's willing to come here for cheap, I actually wouldn't mind it haha.

Didn't alot of these so called qualities, were called on "Rodney Harrison" ?

How did he do with us?

Hopefully no one picks him up and his career is over. Good riddance.

Again....you're comparing apples to oranges.

The single most important aspect that shoots everything down immediately is that Rodney Harrison wouldn't have been here either, had it not been for the financial value that he provided. If Rodney's demands had been what J.Harrison's currently are, do you think he'd have ever stepped foot on Foxborough ground?

If you think that 6-7 million dollars a year (which is what James' agent claimed they both thought he was currently worth) is a reasonable price for him then more power to you.

If the asking price were 1-2 or even 2-3 million dollars, then the conversation may be different.

I wouldn't mind him, if he is healthy and have some left in the tank, the d can used his nastiness and qb pressures.

Most of you must have not followed the NFL much. I'm sure the Patriots hate him as much as he hates them. His recent comments about Brady were nothing more than "I want to make as much money as possible".

Is going to cost way too much, and is an absolutely dreadful fit for a 43 defense. I'd take even Freeney over him, and anyone who lurked the last thread know how adamant I am that Freeney would be pretty horrible here in New England.

Costs too much. Overrated. Old. Injury prone. Poor schematic fit. Poor character fit.

Pretty much everything you don't want in a free agent you'd pay a lot to.

That pretty much sums it up...

Sounds like you're right.

I dunno boyz, he has way too good stats to just be disregarded.

Weirder things have happened, think Jason Taylor and the Jets.

But if it happens, I expect another full-fledged, hate filled rant. Can we come to terms on an agreement, here??
