IMHO, this whole clusterfork did not start with Kravitz. The person that fed Kravitz the story had an agenda. Does anyone here know who that person was? Or does only Kravitz know?

This person decided that "Kravitz is stupid enough to run with this story, even tho there is nothing of substance here." Kravitz published.

Kravitz enjoyed his time in the sun as "the person who broke the story". Now he sees that he's gonna be left twisting in the wind as the story unravels, while his source hides comfortably in the shadows.

In all fairness, these clowns are "Sports Reporters". They aren't, they don't pretend to be Investigative Reporters. They rarely (never?) have to fact check. They never have to be right about much of anything. They merely have to keep the home town fans happy.

Nonetheless, Kravitz was so stupid that he couldn't imagine, even with 3 weeks of time, to check with anyone who really works with compressed gas (e.g., engineers) whether or not the results seen were expected or unexpected.

That's one GIANT helping of incompetent,.

I had zero problem with Kravitz publishing that the Colts/NFL were investigating the footballs. He is just doing his job and was correct: there is indeed an investigation. It seems he let that go to his head and thought he would become the voice of the victim, demanding justice for the helpless teams that were cheated by the evil Patriots. Unfortunately, that reporting made tremendous assumptions and replaced allegations with facts, and that is not okay. And for him to now try to weasel out of his clear and unequivocal statements is disgusting, I thought Tom Brady was the unethical jerk trying to talk out of his rear end, right Bob?

In all seriousness, though, if Kravitz is telling the truth (doubtful) and he is receiving threats to his family, people need to chill the F out and realize this is all entertainment. In the words of Brady, this isn't ISIS.

What a load of f ********. Being taken to the woodshed for a major ass kicking by Dale and Holley on WEEI right now. Good for them. Kravitz knows the league has zero on the Patriots and he's trying to get out in front of it.

Not only does he know the league has "zero on the Patriots," but he's beginning to think that it might have a lot on the Colts.

The Colts board is in a ****ing panic. And, they did not even post it on the main Board, but buried it on an "NFL" board. They know something is up (or, from their perspective) down!
