Late season (Baltimore game forward) injury tracker

Believe I saw that there’s a slot open on the 53. Seems likely Williams will be activated from IR before the Miami game.

Kind of interesting that two in-game CB injuries weren’t enough to get Battle on the field. On the final defensive play, they put Jones outside, Pettus in the slot on Flowers, and Mapu as the deep safety.
I hope we draft a 4.3 guy who is a ball hawk to play deep safety going forward.

I know this is for pats injuries but yall see this ******** the giants are playing at? Theo Johnson listed as out with sickness and he's on the jumbotron last night at the Knicks game.

I think Sam has a thread about anti ranking so I'll post this there too but seriously that's messed up what the giants did.

Those are always good to have, can’t have enough of them.

I’d also like to see another top talent CB. I really want to see better CB depth, but it would be ideal if we get that by having somebody better than Davis push him or Marcus down to the top backup spot.

But I still think the best way to improve our DBs would be having the pass rush get home more often and more quickly.

I feel really good about Spillane for the playoffs... since he was limited on friday he should be good next week, even though he's going to be out this one. As for Jared Wilson... he's been in concussion protocol for a while. I would be kind of surprised if it lasted another week. But even if he can't go next week, Brown has been solid.

As for Tonga and Landry... I honestly have no idea. Knee and Foot injuries can be a huge spectrum. Personally for Landy I think they are just resting him as much as possible. He hasn't looked right since early in the year and they are hoping with enough time off maybe he will get back there.

Only two weeks.

Wilson played every snap against the Ravens in week 16, then showed up in concussion protocol after the game.

So this will be the second game he’s out, after missing the Jets game last week.

Seems likely he could clear this coming week, in time for the first playoff game, but concussions are unpredictable.

Good thing is, as you said Brown has been solid. He earned his extension.

The most important key to every playoff game is likely to be the health of our defensive front seven.

And yes, I do understand that run blocking is also a key to success. However, I have faith that the OL will suck it up and play well enough to win. There is much room for improvement, but they have been so much better than expected. Campbell being back can only help.
===================
I don't have the same faith in the run defense and pass rush, especially if players are injured or out.
Who will healthy out of
Williams, Barmore, Tonga, Spillane, Elliss, Chaisson and Landry?
