They are both better shooters/scorers than Tatum. Ingram was averaging 27 a game after the All-Star break until he was injured. Kuzma doesn’t play defense but Ingram can.

Cornerstone player is really a stretch for Tatum. He needs to score more than 15 points per game to be in that category.
Ingram totaled 9.4 points as a rookie, 16.1 in his second year and 18.3 in his third year. Tatum totaled 13.9 points as a rookie, 15.7 in his second year. Most people say Tatum had a disappointing second year. Which would give Tatum a bigger upside than Ingram. We'll see how this year plays out.

Why do you think the Lakers have more ammo?
Rw, not to be kontras mouthpiece, but from reading his follow-up posts, I don't think he believes Lakers have more ammo, just that he doesn't think the Celtics will be willing to go all-in.
I agree with that. Nobody has more trade ammo than Boston, but I don't think they'll include tatum in any deals- and I wouldn't either.
So likely it's brown, smart and a million draft picks plus some other player. Maybe they can work something out with rozier to include him, but that seems like a longshot.
I still think that's a better package than anything Lakers can offer.
There's no way I'm moving Tatum unless I could keep Brown. Even then, not sure I'd do it.

Overall, agree. I was debating about the superior quality of assets Danny could deal.

C's have the ammo but for me to support it, I would need a sign n trade.

Tatum did not have a disappointing year if you factor being frozen out of the offense.

Kyrie needs to go.

Combined with the fact you're comparing guys who were first, second or third scoring options with a guy who was lucky to be third because of the idiocy of the coach's poor season.

Rubbish. The Celtics have a better collection of picks and better young players. The point is, trading for AD doesn't seem prudent because he won't commit to Boston long-term, it'll gut the team, and frankly, he's not a winner.
The Lakers have the #4 overall and you're vastly overrating the players the Celtics would (hypothetically - and that would be a very dumb move for a player who has been throwing verbal bouquets at L.A.) be willing to give up vs. the players that the Lakers would give up.

Players and draft cap are debatable.

The agent is doing his best to steer him to LA. That doesnt help for sure
Boston might have a slight edge when it comes to the players. But the #4 overall pick to go along with Zion would be the most tempting thing on the table for the Pelicans.

Of course not. Ainge should be fired on the spot the minute Davis leaves for L.A. if he gave up both Tatum and Brown to go along with the picks that it would take.

The Celtics younger players ARE better than the Lakers younger players and in what many consider a three elite prospect draft, the Knicks are better placed than both the Celtics and the Lakers. Also, I don't particularly care about trading for AD. He's not shown me he's capable of anything other than putting up pretty looking stat lines.

Trader Danny is going to send Tatum and Brown packing and hope to convince Davis over the course of the season to stick around. You have to take the gamble on a top 10 player.

I wouldn't count Ainge out. There is not a basketball GM I would rather have than him.

The more the agent talks and discounts teams like Boston, he drives down demand. If the only two suitors are NYK and Lakers, all it takes is for one of them to drop out and the other can lower the offering price..... NO can demand more but won't get it and the net result may be one more yearof him in New Orleans instead of LA or NY.....
TL:DR agents may drive down value for DAvis by cutting out teams...
