Add in he's an idiot, he isn't worth bringing in at all.

This.

Belichick does not like idiots.

People bring up the Randy Moss redemption project, but Moss is a lot smarter than people give him credit for.

Britt hints online that this will be his last year as a TItan.

Does Kenny Britt want out of Tennessee? - CBSSports.com

He had a series of really good games last season for Tenn. but then not so great afterwards and seems to be falling out of the offensive game plans due to what they say is lackluster.

I would think a trade for a lower round draft pick might be of interest to the Pats here and I would think the Titans would part with him early for something...he is a work in progress but others have done well once they got here and under the Belichick regime.

Worth a 5th or 6th rounder or not?

Pros:

• He turned just turned 25 year old on Sept. 19th.
• He is talented.
• He went to Rutgers.

Cons:

• He has not played in 16 games since his rookie season.
• He gets arrested a lot.

I couldn’t agree more!!

Couple other factors are Randy Moss had 1 incident with the law which occurred 5 years prior to his arrival here, and not to make light of any crime but it was conviction for careless driving.

9/24/2002| Minnesota| WR| Randy Moss | Arrested in downtown Minneapolis and charged with careless driving and failure to obey a traffic officer after allegedly pushing a traffic officer a half-block with his car; marijuana possession.| Pleaded guilty to careless driving, $1,200 fine, 40 hours community service

Britt on the other hand has more than a half a dozen criminal complaints and was recently questioned in connection with a shooting.

I guess we could also look at the fact that Moss was 100 times more talented and look at their stats over their first 4 NFL season:

Randy Moss
Games played – 64 of 64
Receptions – 308
Receiving yards – 5396
Touchdowns – 53

Kenny Britt
Games played – 45 of 64
Receptions – 146
Receiving yards – 2354
Touchdowns – 19

Comparing Moss to Britt on any level is like comparing Giselle to Rosie O’Donnell on a looks scale.

Rosie O'Donnell would be a nice red zone target.
