The thing that seperated KJ from the middling announcers was while he was sometimes over the top he did it in a almost poetic, fun way. Always enjoyable to listen to.

I remember Keith calling an Iron Bowl in Bo Jackson’s frosh year. Bama makes a big play. I believe to tie. Bo took the ko back for a TD. Keith says; “In your face!” Shocked me he would say something cool like that. Loved his big uglies RIP
