Kayshon Boutte, how does he do it?

Love Hollins, he's plenty athletic, great size, good hands, great blocker. Nothing not to like.
He seems like an excellent teammate from the outside. Willingness to do whatever the team asks, excellent blocker as you said, persistent great attitude and always super pumped when teammates make plays.

Obviously I'm joking thunder...

That class is turning out to be pretty good:
All Pro in Gonzalez
Solid starters in Boutte, Pop, and Baringer
Depth guys in Keion and Mapu
Keon seems headed down JAG road...mapu has had more impact than he has

I like KW but every pass to him is incomplete.. pathetic
I have been noticing too Twin: and can't say I'm not disappointed.

Sadly I agree.

What has White done before to show us that he is just in a funk, and is not what we are seeing?

Maybe the light will just turn on like it did for Drake, and last year was a lost year under Mayo, but the clock is ticking on White.

Show us something this year or expect to be elsewhere next year.

I don't think he's being used the right way. They play him at edge and he doesn't have the speed or bend to be effective there. He should only be in the interior. He's probably not going to see a second contract with the Pats but I think he's gonna be a productive player for another team who will use him the right way.

He was used in the interior during camp. Not sure why he's not now... I mean he's still salvageable.. he had 6.5 sacks last season I don't think he has even registered a half sack.

Twin: you know who I wanted that year that guy below: one of the reasons I hate the latter BB to this Day. That said: glad M Mapu is justifying the selection. How could you pass on a name like Kraft for the Patriots?? BB really hated the Owner; so happy Kraft moved on.

All good but K White sucks.

I like Marty and he has speed and range. He is listed as A LB now so we will see more of Marty and less of roller skate Ellis on TEs.

Vrabel has the ideal coach’s personality.

He is a player’s coach but he also has the players’ respect.

They know better than to test him.
He has walked in their moccasins. And the results of that walk are not just talk. They speak loudly.

My recollection of his early days with the team was him being touted as both fast and powerful, which his RAS scores show. IIRC his agility was also praised but RAS didn’t measure that.

Eh, was Douglas really playing well or was it just opportunity? The other WRs were Parker, Juju, Reagor, and Thornton. He just doesn't seem to have much understanding of coverages and situational football, nor is he a precise route runner. I think him getting doubled was more just that the defense had more guys than they needed to cover what we had so might as well double the best guy. I don't think Douglas was playing any better that year than he has since.
He was a 6th rnd pick rookie going against those 1st and 2nd rnd pick guys, and he had ~50 recs! For WRs with more than 40 recs last year, Pop was 3rd in separation last year at 4yds per target, improving from 3.1yds/tgt his rookie year. This year he's also at 4yds per target. The guy knows how to get open. People seem to love to hate on the guy. It's nuts.

We lucked out last year too when Calvin Ridley rejected the Pats.

I have defended Eliot Wolf numerous times, but had he signed Ridley or traded for Aiyuk I would have **** all over him for capitulating to fan demands for a WR, and signing guys who didn't deserve the money they were going to get.
