So the linked front page article, to my surprise, has this long involved description of the "stop trying to make fetch happen" line in Mean Girls. ((It's the "Chain Reaction of Competence" article). I was so shocked I now have to go back and certain that the writer is using it to mean, let's stop trying to force Jonnu Smith into our offense, or others are possibly being told to stop trying to force Jonnu Smith into our offense, or whatever.
I just remember doing the "Fetch" gag in here a few times and, I mean, what are the odds?
If that's how those dominos fall, the guys at Patriot Pulpit or Patriot Planet or wherever read this place, @Ian. Spies I tell ya. Freakin mean girls reference stealing spies.
And yes, it is the offseason.
