I disagree. Brady submitted to be interviewed. His texts and emails are his private communications and the NFL is not the police or a legal court. His right to privacy should allow him to cooperate with answering questions, but drawing the line at texts & emails that could be misinterpreted. Kraft may be forced to share company communications Via his franchise with the NFL, but Brady should have the right to say "I've told you everything. I'm done."

I expect a fine for the football tampering and a suspension for "not cooperating". I think the league frowns on the latter a lot more than any insignificant violation like this was.

Uh Brady cooperated he met with them for a full day. Ted Wells didn't have a warrant nor will the court uphold the NFL punishment because Wells didn't like that Brady didn't give him access to his phone.

I honestly care more about Brady clearing his image and clearing up the facts of all this than him appealing the suspension and getting it cut down to few/no games, if one had to be chosen over the other.

Meaning, if the NFL wants to go all out outlandish and suspend him for 8 games. Go right ahead. I think Jimmy can lead us to a solid 5-3 record in that time and keep us right on track.
