Actually, she is an incredible Mom (and grandmother to my nephew). She roots for the Pats when they play anyone other than the Jets. She was right next to me jumping up and down and screaming happily after Butler's SB Int. She is ALWAYS happy for me. At 75, she's still working, and I receive a congratulatory email every Monday after a Pat's win. She bought me my first Pat's jersey for Christmas in 1976, which was tough to get considering we live in NY and this was almost 20 years before internet ordering.

If she has any Patriot's hatred, she must be the best actor ever. What a great Mom. We go to Boston twice a year for my sister's birthday (her favorite city, and obviously one of mine) late October and my sister's kid's birthday in April. In 2012, they decided to go on my birthday weekend (Oct 5th is my Birthday). It was my 50th birthday. Don't you know, she sneakily worked with the hotel concierge and got me tickets for the Pat's game against the Broncos. It cost her a fortune, but she wanted to do something special for my 50th birthday. And there she was cheering along with me against Peyton Manning. Pats won of course . What a special Mom, I'm very lucky.

Last thing. She thought Deflategate was stupid. She is 10x the person I am. I would have a difficult time rooting for the Jets if they ever went to the SB.

They have Wake and Suh on the d line. They should have a top d line in the league. It is awful though.

Fitzpatrick isn't very accurate though, missing wide open receivers. If our DL can pressure him he will be toast.

I made the observation in Week 2 that the Bills seemed to get the entire Rex Ryan experience already from the wildly overinflated expectations after early success to crashing defeat to recovering a moral victory at the end.

It looks like the Dolphins skipped straight to the "Dysfunctional team in salary cap hell" portion of the Mike Tanenbaum experience without undergoing the "early illusory success" stage.
