As far as Bowles' comments, he's right: There isn't much of a quarterback controversy -- at least not when all of his options suck. Fitzpatrick has been in the NFL for more than a decade and has never pieced together a consistent stretch of solid football. Petty has thrown two passes in the NFL. And rookie Christian Hackenberg is still learning how to properly throw a football.

Thats the money para there, but you can read more suckage at the link below.

The killer bonus (unstated) [para] closing:
Pats draft a guy and play him in game 2-3, jesters draft a guy at same draft and have to "teach him how to throw" still in week 9. LOL.

Dion - Schmion. So what if Lewis is back, Petty is playing for the Jets!

A nice warmup game before the bye in prep to demolish the Patsies.

Just curious: how much blood have you shed on that brick wall you keep banging your head against?

Not much if any, Tunes...after all, Jet fan is a bloodless, twisted creature...

Which of the Jets' remaining games do we want them to win? Preferably three?
6-10 would be the preferable record, IMHO...out of the running for a top 5 pick, but still double digit losses.

Not sure a top 5 pick matters this year. I don't follow college ball, but supposedly no good QBs available this year anyways.

Just the Jets luck.

A top five pick would be at the top of every round, not just the first. It's a huge advantage. To put into perspective, a team with a top five pick drafts their second player just a handful of picks after the Pat's typically draft their first player.

Have you seen the Jets draft history?

Garoppolo is available......

.....just not to the Rats.

I picked the Jets today against the LA Rams. Both teams suck but the Jets are at home. That could be a mistake. The Jets suck a lot.
