He wasn’t the key guy in charge in TN, that was Jon Robinson. And Vrabel had some issues with Robinson, specifically the AJ Brown trade. That said, when Robinson was canned Vrabel recommended Cowden to the owner as his replacement, and she didn’t pick him.

The Titans Drafts never wowed me.
They never brought in any big free agents.
I can name less than 10 players I think were great draft picks he made in his Titans career.

I guess he’s better than Wolf though.
But I want a GM from a winning organization like Philly, Detroit, Minnesota, LA Rams or Baltimore,
