Jets Appreciation Thread

JJ Watt's team went 2- 14 and he still took the money. Calvin Johnson, for the most part, has been on crappy teams, but he's still happily the highest paid WR in the league. Oh yea, Joe Haden (although I think he is overrated ), took the money to play for a medicore team as well. Larry Fitzgerald, and the list goes on and on.

Don't you just love the mentality of a typical Jet fan.

Jet fan: Our team is crappy, but we will overpay a few stud players to ensure they stay on our crappy team.

I appreciate that they put up a real battle yesterday. But "Jets appreciation thread"
We could have a thread for the appreciation of foot fungus, sand fleas, or deer ticks and it would be the same.
The Jets and their fans cannot suffer enough, lose enough, or make total fools of themselves enough, that is what I appreciated about them. They have not gone to a SB since the merger of the NFL & AFL and if they never go to a Super Bowl as long as I live , it will be too soon.

Believe it or not, I actually do appreciate the Jets for something, but it goes way back before many of you were even born. Back when bread was 21 cents a loaf. When the Jets beat the Colts in the SB. For years the NFL looked down their noses at the AFL and the Jets and Chiefs slapped them back to reality.
