Being a pocket passer in college is not even close to the same as being a pro pocket passer.

Fields struggled greatly from the pocket but excelled outside with designed roll out plays.

Fields was considered a pocket passer in college. The fact he was a rookie and struggled doesn't mean you make him into something he's never been.

If Houston does the right thing and caserio hires his boy toy mcdaniels, we could bring Flores back as defensive coordinator/assistant head coach and make Steve a quality control assistant.

Brady (not Tom, but the guy from lsu/carolina panthers) could then replace mcdaniels.
