I don't think it was a TB12 thing, I think it was a BP/Erhardt thing.

Dave Meggett was kinda the James White of the '96 team, used a lot in 3rd down situations.

I was really hoping James White played another year with Mac very unfortunate injury last year.

He was the LI Super Bowl MVP in my eyes. Wish him all the best in his future endeavors. His work effort and drive should do him well. Patriots HOF? Probably not, but definitely hall of really damn good.
