Apparently, and I don't Reddit so I don't the veracity of this, some dude on Reddit posted a week ago that JC is signing for the Chargers, he had some kind of inside source I think? A few days later the media start heavily linking JC to the Chargers, adding fuel to the fire.

Again, I don't use Reddit so I don't know the complete story, it was relayed to me by a Steelers fan at work who is on Reddit.
