It Has to Happen....

I would be very happy to see Manning go one and done again. Bottom line, I want the Pats winning in the Superbowl again, and seeing Goodell hand Brady another trophy. However that happens is great. I just think it would be extra special to go through Manning, although going through Roethlisberger would also be great.

I've been a fan for a long time. Prior to Brady, my favorite Pats' qb was Steve Grogan. You guys remember when the only Patriots games we watched on television were away games?? I sure do.

Why would you want to play the #1 defense on the road in a stadium where your struggles are well documented?

I'll take a gimpy Pittsburgh at home thank you very much.

Because it is more gratifying when you beat the best possible opponent rather than wishing for the easiest route. Why is that so hard for people to understand?!?!?! I am biting my tongue right now.

Because the only thing that matters is going to the Super Bowl, they don't hand out style points.

Sure they do. Manning's one Superbowl win was against the Bears. Do you really think that win was as impressive as our win against the Seahawks last year, or our win against the Best Show on Turf? Squishing the fish was pretty great. So was stuffing the terrible towels up Steeler's fans arses.

Because Roethlisberger is not in the debate for GOAT, while there are still people out there arguing for Manning. Why not beat him head to head AGAIN to shut them up?? Honestly, whoever we play is the better team....I just want us to beat Manning again to cement the legacy.

If you want the legacy cemented, you want the SB win. If you want the SB win, you want the home game.

Home playoff games: 15-3
Away playoff games: 3-3
SB games: 4-2

So, using your own logic, Pittsburgh is the team to cheer for.
