Is Wynn's status vs Dallas in Jeopardy?

That's a really old tweet. I don't believe this applies to unvaccinated players since there weren't even vaccines back then. Pretty sure he has to sit out 10 days. In 2021 NFL made it so players would pay a price for being unvaxxed.

For unvaccinated players, I am almost positive that the protocol is still the same as it was for all players last season. The only changes done were for vaccinated players.

Here's a more recent tweet with updated protocols.

Sounds like Wynn can return in 5 days "if he tests negative" every day during that period. IF he lands one positive test, he's out for 10.

Regardless, he ain't playing on Sunday.

2018 draft was LOADED with offensive talent. We had two first round picks. I nearly cried when we picked a injury prone guard with short arms over University Of Maryland Star DJ Moore and University Of Alabama Playmaker Calvin Ridley.
Better late than never, but we should all be thankful Bob finally got off his azz and called out Bill or else it would’ve been business as usual reaching for draft picks since 2013.

Passing on Ridley and DJ Moore was rough especially since you traded your most talented WR in Cooks. Then 2019 said hold my beer.

The unvaccinated players will never get on top of this because vaxxed infectious players are always more infectious prior to testing positive. Essentially, they can't get on top of this because the unvaxxed will always be exposed no matter how they often they test the vaxxed. Testing vaxxed people is also useless unless they are doing the rapid tests, but I read that the NFL are only using the PCR tests and turning them over rapidly. The rapid tests are measuring viral load and can tell us if vaxxed people are infectious at the tail end of their infectiousness. PCR tests don't do that. So--I'm pointing this out because the NFL seems to have its testing backward which basically means you can't contain infections on a team if you have unvaxxed players. So, I guess keep up with the futility of this protocol.

Dude, don't go there.

Why not? Brown and Mason are declared "out" for Sunday. If Wynn or Onwenu had no chance to play on Sunday (if they had tested positive any day this week the Pats would know about it) why are not they declared "out" as well?

I'm pretty sure Wynn is unvaccinated based on reports out of training camp about who was spotted in a mask.

If true, that makes him a complete and utter MORON in addition to an underperforming disappointment on the field. It's mindless crap like this that challenges one's ability to maintain fan loyalty. If Mac ends up injured because these offensive linemen can't get their shyt together on-field/off-field, in the training room, meeting room, weight room, wherever, this team is sunk. BB needs to lower the boom on these guys. I'm pissed.

Because they're in the covid protocol which is different than the injury report.

I think someone on the Injury report can be on the COVID list. Possibly it is not required. Various teams have listed players out with COVID on the injury report.

Something something personal health decision, something or other I do my own research, I don't know
