Is There Anyway To Go Directly To Your Last Post In A Thread?

I'm sure there must be and I just can't figure it out. Other sites have 'subscriptions' or some similar term that you can check to follow threads you've posted in and can then pick up from your last entry. Make a post in a lively thread here and I'm fishing through page after page to figure out where I last posted, or even worse figuring out which similarly named thread I actually responded to.

I tried going to my profile but while that does show threads I've posted in it doesn't seem to show where to pick up the thread following my last post.
