The "injuries" issue is both a red herring and real. On the one hand, they don't have more injuries than an NFL team normally has at this point (I'd love to see a site that tracks the severity of injuries to the teams over the course of the year). On the other hand, some of the key players with injuries this year will return, which puts the team in pretty good spot wrt injuries at this point.
