I agree. We want him as game ready as possible for the game with Denver. Not, that BB would look ahead, but it makes sense to plan accordingly.He's playing for sure. He might be on a snap count at most, to ease him back in after the

Rapoport was told by a team source that, "barring a last-second change, New England Patriots running back Shane Vereen (wrist) is likely to be activated off short-term IR prior to Monday night's matchup with the Carolina Panthers.
As we play Monday night, I believe the deadline to activate is by 4pm tomorrow.
Any media types report whether or not Vereen was on the flight to Carolina?
Not as far as I know (and I follow quite a few on twitter). I find that interesting, you'd think at least someone would have reported on that.
I always figured these reports were done by reporters watching as the players board the bus but if it is something the team reports it might not have to report Vareen as he is not on the active 53 yet????
