Is Belichick still a great coach or did Belichick “ruin” Mac Jones?

Yeah, I’m sure Belichick told the team “we want to win on defense and hopefully Tom just doesn’t **** up.”

That isn't what I said. Belichick decided to stay with Brady and not Bledsoe because he knew Brady could run an efficient offense and not make mistakes. That is why even when Bledsoe was healthy, he never went back to him except when Brady got hurt. And he quickly went back to Brady in the Super Bowl.

But yes, Belichick made no secret that he wanted to win on defense.

What was Kontra mocking @Rob0729 about with his parents going to bed early? Sounds like he still lives at home and probably isn't allowed on dates anyway.
Rob’s probably matches with people on tinder who tell him their electric bills are due, then block him after they receive the Venmo.

Hey buddy! I was wondering when you would get here. The hair on the back of your neck must have stood up when I started in with the Mean Girl posse and you must have ran to a computer to get in on your obsession.

Ice and I are hanging out this weekend. Wanna join us?

He went with Brady over Bledsoe because Brady was a million times better, you ****ing idiot.

LOL! What I said was implied.

BTW, why did you delete your original post of your lovely passive aggressive meltdown? Embarrassed it or do you want to create a false narrative that Steve and I hijacked your thread with anti-Brady hate?

Wrong. Elite or HF players are made of different stuff and they would achieve their success regardless of the coach. This is not a slight on Bill either.
I don't think we are on different pages here.
Listen to players like Brady, Reed, Manning, Ray Lewis, Sanders, Sharp and countless others. Then listen to players who were merely "good" like Dominic Foxworth, Ryan Clark, Ninkovitch, Jennings... the way they speak about mentality, desire, work ethic, drive. It is light and day and very clear to see the difference.
I think when it comes to getting the greats in a position of success, coaching matters. X's and O's stuff. The things I highlighted above are 100% internally driven by the player, 100% agree with you.
This extends to outside football too. I watch a lot of soccer and the way great players vs good players think and speak about the game is very similar to what I said above. The very best are built different and they have qualities that are self engraved that drive them to excellence regardless of the circumstances.
Agree.

I didn’t delete any post.

I'm just going to assume you were in the low-T group chat with Ashley, @Tunescribe and others trying to silence dissenting voices so it's rich (and still pathetic) for you to be calling people "Mean Girls".

I also know your parents go to bed early so you probably can't go out.

It isn't there anymore.
So then try “BTW why did Ian or a mod delete your post?” Probably to save you from looking like an idiot, not that I think that’s even possible.

Also because defending Brady from ****ing idiots like Rob is taboo and problematic on this forum. Maybe we should have a sub-forum where we have to copy paste your low IQ fat **** **** takes to handle it so this can just be wwe.coltsforum.com v2.

Where am I silencing anyone's voice? I have never ever complained to any moderator about anyone on this board. It ain't my board and just because I may not like someone, I have no right to decide who should or shouldn't be on this board. That is for Ian and Ross to decide. I always stay out of it. I had nothing to do with what Ashley was banned for and to this day, I don't know what exactly she did to get banned.

And I use Mean Girls because it is nice and easier to write than Guy Trying to Overcompensate for Something Posse.

Sure, that is it.

TD leader in 2002. 3rd MVP voting in 2003. Now take his supporting cast into context.

Pats fans should not regurgitate hot take artists crap that Brady was a manager for years. That should be reserved for ignorant non Pats fans who should know better.
The same thing occurs with Pats fans who claim that the team was a laughingstock before Tuna. It wasn't. They actually had some good teams in every decade of their existence and were outright robbed in 76 of a probable SB win.

One of the more amazing things I remember about Brady and the Pats was the two drives that tied and won the game in Foxboro's last game at the old stadium vs the crybaby Raiduhs. I'm pretty sure that they went 9-9 and 8-8 passing in a driving snow storm to tie and win the game. And of course there was the kick by Vinatieri. Holy crap how did he do that?

Rob you live with your parents. I don't think there's anything left to say.

Attacking Tom, calling him a game manager, or diminishing his achievements is derailing a thread, unless this is no longer a Patriot forum and it just a “be hopelessly wrong about Mac Jones” forum. I don’t know anymore.

Brady had clutch moments that year. I never said otherwise. But you can be clutch in a game manager role. Brady was a good QB in 2001. He wasn't elite yet.
