Easterbrook is no more than a opinion columnist...reporter is a BIG STRETCH.

I agree - but ESPN gave the tip that Easterbrook got and gave it to a real reporter to investigate. They didn't say "hey easterbrook, why don't you investigate this bit of info on a team you obviously hate..."
