If I'm looking to start a drinking habit, I'll be sure to look up one of those games.

I deleted it from my DVR about 1 second after the game ended.

You taught your child well. You should be proud of her.
I'm half-Irish, she's one quarter but that 25% shines through...Before she erased it, she said she fast forwarded to the fourth quarter, watched most of it and then made the decision. God bless her.

Not watching this game until someone finds one of these, and learns how to use it in our favor:

Come on, folks. Moving forward to 2012, combined with a healthy dose of repression, is the only antidote to the drug that is thinking of how sweet it would've been had things gone differently in the fourth quarter. Watching that game again is not good for one's health.

Heck, I can't even watch commercials from that game. Seeing Madonna makes me want to jump off a bridge. They played "Life is a prayer" on "Happy Endings" a couple weeks ago and I almost stabbed myself.

No, god, no, I have not watched that game again.

I seriously commend the OP for having the courage to re-watch that game. As for me however, there's no way in a million years I'm reviewing any minute of that tragedy. This Super Bowl loss was probably the 2nd worst experience that I've had to endure during the past year, and thinking about how the Pats not only lost to the same team that beat us in 42, but also how insufferably arrogant the Giants acted coming into this game just makes me want to just lay in bed and not talk to anybody. And don't even get me started on all the BS I had to hear about the dynasty being finished, or TB beings Eli's whipping boy.

Why on earth would you want to watch our Pats give away another Lombardi to that Fraudulent team?

My jimmies ain't even rustled, doe. It's gonna feel so good watching them miss the playoffs this year.

I saw all of it I needed to see on "Sports Science" on ESPN one day. The plays they highlighted were the Manningham catch (a pretty amazing throw by Eli and an excellent catch) and Gronk's last play dive for the ball (if he takes off from his injured ankle he probably catches it), That was eñough for me.

I downloaded and watched the 96 yard drive before halftime and the ensuing TD drive after halftime. They were both things of beauty, with the 96 yarder being a superbowl record. Besides that, I don't watch any other parts of the game.

I have that dreaded game there in my DVR. One night, I got really drunk and I wanted to face my biggest fear. I played and as soon as the game started, I could not bear the memories. I turned it off immediately.

Eli made the plays and Brady didn't. Time travel back to '04 and tell Peyton and all Pats fans that the biggest challenge to Patriots infamy would be his little brother, not him.

Meh...Brady would tear this NE D apart and even more if he actually had the Gronk available.

I honestly wish we could get a 3rd game with those ***gots....luck and too much bull**** has been on their side so far.

That ******* Pollard helped to ruin another one of our seasons, though, admittedly, the Patriots didn't help themselves in that game. I still am scratching my head at that safety and interception and what was going on in Brady's mind during those lapses in judgment.

One last point, Gronk showed a lot of heart playing in that superbowl, seeing as he's still recovering from that severe ankle sprain. I once had a medium-grade ankle sprain playing basketball and I walked with a limp for several weeks, so I can only imagine the pain he endured.

Hell no. I watched the last play a few times to see how close it was but that's it. I must go over that game in my head 2 or 3 times a day and think about what could have been, especially the safety and pass to Welker. I proudly wear the conference champions tshirt, thats enough for me.

I've watched it (part of the therapy or something).

The pain will always be there, but I did actually learn to appreciate it as a well played football game. Don't get me wrong, it still makes me sick, but it actually was a good battle.

I watched it two days later just to scout what went wrong. Wasn't that hard, actually. Nothing will ever compare to Super Bowl XLII. Compared to that game, this one was actually an easy pill to swallow.

I will never watch that game again...EVER. i dont want to talk about it EVER. I dont want to read about it...EVER. I dont want to listen to it...EVER.

I dont EVER want to think about it again. EVER

Brady and Welker came up short, again. Not much else to say. They just didn't get it done in the biggest game.
