And so goes another in a string of under-performing years for Marvin and the Bagels.

Well, Kraft employs the man who regulates these policies...and has historically upheld the reputation and status of that man when it was widely questioned. Kraft optimizes the words of Pastor Martin Niemöller. Now we can sit back and watch. FU Roger. Screw you, RKK.
I'm with Andy and Chasa on this. Kraft has NEVER publicly scolded or even negatively spoken of Roger Goodell. In fact, he has only spoken very highly of him. When he landed in Arizona for the SB, he only referred to "league," not the "commissioner" or Goodell by name. These were his words that day:{/quote]
There are 31 other owners who ALSO have a say over Goodell's employment. And it's well known that those 31 have been hell bent on screwing the Pats. That is why they were hit so hard for "DeflateGate". Because the other owners felt that the Patriots got off too lightly on Cameragate.
Quantum and Wheelman need to be reminded that the Patriots broke with the NFL "Party Line" by filing the Amicus Brief. Furthermore, Kraft made a statement after the verdict regarding how he believed the league failed in handling the situation. S
Statement from New England Patriots Chairman and CEO Robert Kraft
Sure sounds like a "public scolding" to me..
And, considering what has happened to the Chiefs in regards to "tampering" with Maclin compared to the Jets "tampering" with Revis, it's much more likely that there is a growing concern of owners who aren't happy with Goodell.. Especially with TV viewership down the way it is..
I truly dont wish injury on any player so this will sound stupid...but I kind of hope he hurts someone else so it comes back to bite the nfl in the ass!!
true! I just want the nfl office to look horrible for letting him off so lightly, sadly only way will be if he hurts someone. but yes karma would be good if someone gives him a taste of his own medicine.I'd rather he got hurt.
So if I am reading this correctly, the "standard" minimum fine for "Striking/Kicking/Kneeing" is $9,115 for a first offense, and $18,231 for second. So by that standard at least, $75k is a hefty fine.

The $75k would make easily make it onto this "top-10" fine list:

I personally believe he should have been suspended for these two hits.
