If Moses retires, these may be one-year options.

To be more clear, if we went into camp with Moses and Bryant as aur RT's and Moses announced his retirement (or went on IR), I would expect us to sign a veteran free agent within a week.
Yes. Of course! Never said that wouldn't happen.. as we should be signing a veteran anyway.. however would that still mean 0% chance Bryant would play? Can players get better from one year to the next or will a poster say that too is a 0% chance?

???

Is anyone giving up on Bryant?

He is a 7th rounder who has shown coaches enough for him to come to 2026 camp as the imcumbent backup. His situation seems similar to Wallace.
I added the qualification to clarify. I agree with that, although there is still a possibility that we go into camp with the other RT backup from 2025 on the roster, as Munford remains unsigned afaik.

As far as anyone giving up on Bryant this quote seems rather stark:

Less the zero percent chance Bryant is the starting RT in any scenario.

Naa I’m joking with the zero percent chance thing. I think it’s more like 4%.

To be fair there is a big difference between getting carried away and not totally giving up on him.

Did my post seem to be doing either? FWIW I don't see the glass as half full or half empty not a pessimist or an optimist, I am a realist. Although I am also a drinkin' man so if the bartender is slow what that half glass says most to me is it's time to order the next round

I have more confidence in a 0% chance Landry plays this season than Bryant not playing in 2026.. how's that! LMAO.. joke!

Zuma conceded that you are right on Bryant. 0% was a slight exaggeration. 4% does seem much more reasonable; his new estimate seems excessive.

Actually I’m a little shaky on the 4%. I’m going with 8% now.
You're getting warmer... I have about an 8% chance Landry plays this season so I can't be mad at ya.. LOL

Zuma is increasing his odds to a whopping 8%.. he's moving up! Look at it this way he's got a 8% chance over a OT that's unsigned veteran FA, UDFA, draft pick, trade option that's not yet on the team... LOL

But seriously I do want us to take an OT and a OG in the draft. Who knows with Ownenu contract coming up next season.

I’m with you on gauging the bartender speed. My favorite usually sees how fast I’m drinking and has the replacement in front of me just as I’m lifting the glass for the last sip. She is truly stellar!

He doubled the chances in about an hour. If he just hangs in at that pace for the rest of the day, he's our starting RT by tomorrow.

Additionally one has to wonder Munford & Durant were both here last season why aren't they re-signed but Marcus Bryant remains. What does that signal to you.?? Just worth mentioning..

that Durant has no future here and that Munford is injured.

Worth mentioning that neither Munford (full season IR - undisclosed ) or Durant (knee) were/are healthy and were here on 1 year FA contracts whereas Bryant's rookie contract runs for 3 more years. So really it doesn't make this 'one' wonder at all.
YMMV
