Cowher would not take the job....wrong personnel for his style, defense is way to small for his style.

Not sure any big name on the outside would find them appealing the Dungy small and fast defense is a unique flavor not many of the so called Great coaches subscribe to.

Then you also have the problem of Manning running the offense as he sees fit which would never go over with the truly successful coaches in the NFL. Oh well if Dungy leaves i guess they will have to take another step back.

If i did not dislike them so much i would be some what disappointed.

Over on Colts forum they seem to be down playing their loss as no big deal. Over there you arn't allowed to criticize the players or coaches. I believe it's cause htey lost to San Diego. Had it been the Pats their board would be in mass hysteria.
