I love how Van Noy came to stand up for his boss.
yeah when a few of the pats noticed what was going on they were about to make sure BB got a force field, if a ref hadn't been there already im sure theyd given proper shoves

I'm kinda giddy after this win. BB yelling at opposing players. Great job by the D. Offense turned it on vs a good D.

If they play like that again and coupled with the Pitt meltdown and KC minus Hunt the team has a legit shot at getting back to the SB

Me too, this weekend turned out pretty nice, You list a bunch of "ifs", but none of them are a stretch.

We know what BB said, but what did Thielen say to him?

Apparently he saw a Pats' player go down with an injury, creating more time for the Pats staff to review the replay and decide about throwing the red flag. He told Belichick that he considered that "a cheap play."

I'm fine with him doing that. If I see an opponent do something, and I interpret it as an act of manipulation of the officials in order to get an edge, I'd be upset as well.

I've no idea if a Pats player actually went down, or why, in this case.

I believe it was Chung that "coincidentally" went down buying the Patriots more time to review the play before challenging. I figured that's why Thielen was beatching to BB, I'm just curious about the verbiage he used.

I think it’ll come in handy, on game day threads. ;)

It would enhance most any thread really but why stop there?
Certainly it would come in handy for spicing up those upcoming family holiday gatherings.

IDK. It looked to me like Bill had almost immediately summoned the ref over to the sideline. I imagine he'd already informed the ref, I'm challenging the spot. A soon as I can fond my damn flag." Maybe Chung went to the ground instinctively to make sure the Pats had time for a review, but I think the challenge was already a done deal in BB's mind. And it didn't seem to me that the Vikes had been rushing up to the LoS trying to get a snap off before Chung hit the turf.

It looked like Thelen was mimicking a "throw the challenge flag" act. He probably said something to BB like, "Just throw the effing flag." while complaining to the refs about Chung buying time.

Regards,
Chris
