Sorry haven't read the replies. The CBA suggests handing over cell phones is not required. The hearings suggested Brady can't be punished for not handing over the phone; yet the 4-game "sentence" is because he destroyed the phone? How can, what amounts to, inadmissable evidence be the reason for suspension?
