I know it's easy to bag on Norv right now. I'm not including his record with the faiders cos that situation was untenable and there was no hope for that team.

I know BB is on record acknowledging that he learned from his stint with the brownies. I know Norv has learned a few things since his time with the skins and chokeland.

Seems clear to me only time will tell what Norv's truly got. SD's current management is head and shoulders above the management at Washington and chokeland.

I think there's a good chance that your perception may not be spot on.
