As ususal the game was not on TV in Carolina.
I see only one sack for Brady and we ran well. Should we be happy with their play?
thanks

yes, they played very well if you ask me. Brady often had all day to throw decent holes for the backs and especially great plays on swings patterns

The O-line played well, but consistency came from using a lead FB for the RBs. There was only one run for negative yardage unlike the half dozen or more when run blitz penetrators were almost taking the hand off from Brady, along with Dillon or LM, earlier in the season.

Heath Evans is maturing as a blocker; something he did relatively little of in college. His improvement in that skill is adding consistency to the Pats run game and Offense in general.

AZ, Heath Evans was Rudi Johnson's lead blocker in college. It's not like he picked up blocking from scratch.

No he was more an alternate for Rudi Johnson. Just because LM and CD are on the same as RBs, team it does not mean they usually are in the same backfield or block for each other...

Heath did some blocking for Rudi but not much and not too well...
