Is $4.5M a reasonable estimate for the net cap effect of draftess, UDFA's, player 52, player 53 and an injury reserve? We seem to have $10M available for free agency without worrying about anything else and with many opportunities to free up more cap monies thorugh restructures and extensions.
$14.5M less the $4.5M.
