How I Feel - MERGED (by accident - Ian) Brady Suspension Upheld

Not my fault, talk to the corrupt nfl and their lax pregame protocols. But the fact that tests were done based on balls being 12.5-13.5 and the drop in PSI being the same difference between what walt anderson's trustworthy (according to wells and the nfl) recollection was and the measurements at ht was proves there was no tampering.

Hell, one of the balls they "watched" came in after the game above the legal limit on at least one of the gauges.

So apparently they brought in Dr. Daniel Marlow, the Princeton physics chair who signed off on Exponents work, to testify in the appeal. Without saying exactly what, Goodel claims he rebutted all of the AIG and other complaints. Mentions multiple times how Marlow called Exponent's work, "a first-class piece of work".

This guy apparently was involved in the search for the Higgs-Boson particle. Not quite the same area of expertise here, but nonetheless a pretty big guy in the physics arena. His background can be found on Princeton's website. Curious as to what his answers were.

I have never insulted the intelligence of people on this board, but it amazes me how many of you are buying this.

The NFL is using the phone nonsense as a distraction.

And you guys are buying it.

I am shaking my head at you.

Brady was never ever going to hand over his personal phone that would reveal his personal details.

Nothing has changed here.

Nothing at all.

The phone bit is a distraction to cover up the NFL's incompetence.

I just can't believe how many of you are buying it.

And the crazy thing is, we've been over this already.

Heck, I would have destroyed the phone immediately when it was announced there was going to be an investigation.

NFL filing in NY probably not a big deal. Not sure it stays there. It's weird tho. I'd like to see the filing.

Any of you lawyers have PACER, etc. access? Could you grab the filing and post it?

The Princeton physics chair rebutted the Ideal Gas Law? Well damn, that must have taken some real talent.

WTF? How do they have standing to do this?

I'm just parroting what I heard. I assume the nfl wants to avoid Minnesota at all costs and is grasping at straws.

Done supporting the NFL thank god I convinced direc TV to give me a free Sunday ticket with no contract or obligation of any kind.
Would feel sick if I had to pay for it.

How'd you do that ?

Old news. He was specifically named in the wells report as agreeing with exponent.

This may be an issue in a future court case. Agree it should have no bearing on the NFL's decision, but looks very bad.

I'd like to hear what other legal minds have to say about this, but a 1st year law student can tell you this is as procedurally improper as the day is long.

So i'm reading that in the statement goodell basically says he only believes exponent's take on the science and not any other independent results.

ya. ok.

You read that right. He actually wrote that the evidence full supports guilt. It goes to show he did not consider the overwhelming amount of criticism from scientists with far more credibility that Exponent. This whole thing was a sham from the start.

Brady better sue the pants off Goodell.

We need to hear from Tom

No we don't
Who gives a **** what people think and it's not like anything Brady can say will change people veiws. Say what he needs to say in court

Also Curran has a source re: Brady who says there's more to the phone thing.

It is perfectly reasonable. There's no way you allow people to look at your phone if you're Tom Brady. We have talked about this for 6 months now, and 99% have agreed. So suddenly the NFL makes this somehow relevant?
